Geriatric Care Scheme

• Any Non-resident Indian can buy this scheme.
• Scheme has motto for care of elderly persons.
• Any person based in any country abroad can take this membership & scheme for his/her age patents/relatives.
• Membership for
  5 Years - $ 6,000 USD
  10 Years - $ 10,000 USD
• On Membership – Unique card with identity will be provided to parents.
• For both parents (Mother, Father) treatment worth Rs.50,000/- per year will be given to each parent for 10 years.
• Members will be able to call on hospital 24 hours help Line, and they would be given-Transportation facility to hospital.
• In Hospital they would be admitted and given full treatment up to the limit guaranteed.
• If expense exceeds the limit then also treatment would be continued and patients would be discharged after cure.
• If expense exceeds limits – then remaining amount can be paid in about 15 days ( 5% Discount would be given on excess amount).
• If amount is not paid then services would be terminated and shall have to renewed with increase of 5%.
• Daily patient would be made to talk to children staying aboard on computer to phone from Hospital.
• In case of death : Arrangement for mortuary would be done by Hospital.
• For last rites help would be provided by ethics committee if required by relatives.
• In case of premature death – 50% of remaining time can be transferred to another old relatives.
• Coverage would start 3 months after becoming members.
• Payments can be made by Swift transfer to Shyam Dessicants Pvt. Ltd. Which is a subsidiary of Sanjivani Super Speciality Hospitals Pvt. Ltd.
• This scheme carries corporate guarantee from Sanjivani Super Speciality Hospitals Pvt. Ltd.
